The stockpiles present peak risk with regard to possibility of spontaneous and evolution of injurants to surrounding in relation to environment. Paper occupied by definition problems of the low-temperature oxidation of coal in program Fluent. First partof paper characterized low-temperature oxidation as process when attending to spontaneous of coal in low-temperature (in range to ~200°C). In second phase mathematical model low-temperature oxidation is defined when the rate of chemical reaction is defined by Arrhenius equation
