Original language description

Simulation modelling is one of the tools used in contemporary designing that enables solution of necessary tasks in the spheres of designing, engineering, automotive and other industries by means of models. Computer simulation of the production system isa stage of dynamic exploration of the production system. Its principle consists in experimenting with a computer model which is as far as possible an accurate presentment of the stochastically behaving production system. In the simulation model there are simulated the states of system (e.g. transportation of components, etc.) depending on the time. The aim of experimenting is to find such values of output variables of the model that meet the predetermined requirements (goals of the simulation study).
