Loading Capacity of gearbox MTC 42A
Original language description
Option and possibility of loading capacity increasing of the gear box MTC 42A. Loading capacity increasing of the gearing was done for both standard and non-standard gearing. A control stress calculation of the gearing was analysed for some proposals based on the norm ČSN 01 4686. There are more variations how to increase gearing capacity; some of them are mentioned here. It is very difficult to design gearbox for series production which would fulfil all parameters. There are some limitations for gearbox MTC 42A. The original size of the box must be preserved as well as the same substances of the gearwheels.
