Original language description
This paper presents the problém of an elastic foundation combined with the solution of differential equations for straight beams of constant diameter loaded only by tensile or compressive force along the lateral axis of the beam. The paper presents new models of tangential elastic foundations as a simple and suitable approximation of generally complex interactions between thebeam and the foundation materiál. The autors present a comparison with the finite element method(FEM) and experimental data for the example of bone screws used in the surgical treatment of fractures (bio,echanical implants).
