Lignite, tires and hight-density polyethylene can be converted into flammable gas, charcoal and tar oil by the termo-chemical pyrolysis reactions. Many factors influence this process, such as the properties of the raw materials, temperature and pressure of the process, moisture and grain size of the materials, residence time of the material in the reactor during the process and attendance of the catalyst. The motivation of this work was to identification the changes of the material balance of the output products on the temperature process in the three-screws systems. Individual experiments were carried out in the argon atmosphere and temperature of the proces were set in the range from 500 to 650 oC. To determine the degree of intensity of the linear dependence between the temperature and material balance of the output products the correlation analysis was performed.
