General business is becoming ever more reliant on logistics, its application fields and supply chain management. This is due to keep pace with the demands of an increasingly global economy. Business leaders know that the supply chain and effective logistics chains can be a value creator and also a source of competitive advantage. For realization of logistics chains and supply management is a very important part transport and transport processes for every industries and business. Transport process is possible to understand as a complex assurance of physical goods, materials or persons transportation, by internal or external way. In regard to continuous increasing costs in the field of transport, such as price of power fuels, the optimization is inevitable part of successful operating business-distributive enterprise. The aim of the paper is a presentation of the part of case study which deals with solution of the problem of increasing of logistics effectiveness in the business-distributive enterprise by the help of operative planning and assignment of goods distribution with the use of micro-logistics model. The case study uses rationalization of financial sources of the enterprise in the field of distribution of the final production and supply of goods, increasing of productivity of logistics activities.
