Original language description
Development of energy, nuclear, engineering, petrochemical and chemical industry requires very massive and large workpieces. Requirements for machining workpieces of these departments are the necessary adapt to the design and construction of machine tools. Analyses were conducted to carry out the overhaul and modernization for heavy cutting machine SKODA W 200 HC with digital subtraction, turntable S 100 C 0° to 360°, while the carrying capacity of the turntable 100 t. The complexity of the repairs consisted of meticulous technical preparation, and not only revamp facilities at full CNC control working axes (X, Y, Z, C, W), but especially innovate rotary table so that it can rotate around an eccentric workpiece selected axis. The turntable before repair did not have this structural change. This operator intervention is significantly increased offer machining heavy pieces up to 100 t.
