Original language description
Nowadays, many torque wrenches can be found on our market, employing different principles, both mechanical and electronic, with various values and torque ranges. However, among these available torque values, there are significant lacks, concerning mainly the torque values in the tenths and units of cNm, which are required for many applications in the field of fine mechanics, optics and electronics. The article deals mainly with the effects on the accuracy and repeatability of torque wrenches, using an example of a specific torque wrench designed as a solution to the issue concerning the unavailability of tools with required parameters on our market. As much as possible effort to eliminate the influences was the main focus in the tool design and has effect to its principles and form. Individual influences are presented and analysed here, which have to be considered during the design process, and consequently the solutions and recommendations provided in order to obtain the required accuracy of the tool wrench.
