The paper deals with an experience with master degree education of students in the subject Equipments in Processing Plant I., in which a device of a ball mill has been developed in an industry licensed patent. The industry licensed patent called "A ball mill with a fluidization device" has been created of a standard ball mill device using an education model-the ideas of a student in cooperation with a teacher mutual sharing knowledge and experiences and enriching each other. The education model can be used for a teaching of students in the subjects of innovation focus. The patent has been published in Espacenet database under European Patent Office
