Original language description
A clamping device with provision for the supply of proces liquids to an internal channel of dril is provided. The clamping device consists of a body, provided with a cavity for receiving the drill and at least one clamping hole for a screw at one end and a shank, which can be clamped in a spindle of machine tool, at the other end. The body is arranged in the cavity of a collar so as to to be axially fixed by a cover but rotatable in bearings. The collar has an circumferential groove in its inner wall connected to a process liquid supply port. The body is provided with a radial channel in fluidic connection with the annular groove. The radial channel is connected to an axial channel, which is connected to the dril receiving cavity. Air may also by supplied via a port to further circumferential grooves to prevent coolant reaching the bearings.
