Original language description

Contribution concerns project of progressive production technology of lamp socket body of car headlight from zinc coatted sheet-metal in progressive tool. Projected technology guarantees required accuracy of part, high work productivity and simultaneously it is economically advantageous. For maximum limitation of undesirable deformations of socket body at drawing and sizing using of outside and inside blank, connected by non-notched segments, proved true. Very advantageus is utilization of separate sections in progressive tool. Every section is changeable, so at any improvement the whole tool must not be changed, but only refusing sections. By that lost time and costs for repair of progressive tool decrease.
