    Modelling and Simulation of Switched Reluctance Motor Drive

  • Original language description

    This paper solves the model of SRM by using the analytical functions. Two modelling methods of SRM are compared and different aspects are discussed. The paper presents the simulation results - transients of 4-phases, 8/6 topology, 300W SRM - type SR-90,for constant values of turn-on and turn-off angles and 2-value current limiter in Matlab with Simulink. There is also presented simulation with current controlled SRM. Current control is simple and wide usable control for many practical applications withno demand of precise torque control.
