In this article we discuss how well-known combinatorial design called quasigroup can be applied in cryptology, especially for cryptographic hash function construction. Possibilities of large quasigroups generation as well as some of their properties willbe shown. One of the most important properties of quasigroups is that all possible element of certain quasigroup occurs with equal probability.
