Original language description

Fully automated inspection machine with two-camera vision system for inspection of small mechanical parts. The machine is capable to detect dimension and surface defects. Inspected parts are positioned by vibration feeder and transported under the camerasystem by a slide and pneumatic conveyor. Main control unit of both machine control and vision system is an industrial PC running a control application developed in National Instruments LabVIEW and NI IMAQ for LabVIEW.
