The paper describes a project focused on development of a general extensible framework suited for design and implementation of customised CASE-like tools. The framework is developed as a base for implementation of various methods applicable to the development of customised hardware and software engineering tools needed namely in the area of control systems and RT-systems. The framework is based on Black Box Component Builder framework.
