Original language description

Measuring of fluctuating voltage and fluctuating luminous flux was realized by virtue of request by delegates of Town Lipník. Delegates of Town Lipník decided to realize of measuring in a reaction on repeated reclamation of personnel. Personnel worked atthe new reconstructed offices. The re-construction was realized in August of 2003. Reclamation of personnel started at once after move in of personnel to these offices. Measuring was realized in April of 2004 in morning. At one of office the eclipses ofwindows was realized. The office was equipped by computers; it comes to this, that it is concerned about workstation with displays. The illuminative system was created by fluorescent lamps. The measuring of illumination according to ČSN 360011-3 "The Measuring of Candlelight" was realized at office at the first. Rušivé působení flikru v kancelářských prostorách

Czech description

Na základě žádosti "Města Lipník nad Bečvou" bylo provedeno měření kolísání napětí a kolísání světelného toku v kancelářích objektu "Zámek" ul. Bratrská č.358, Lipník nad Bečvou. Měření bylo provedeno na základě opakovaných stížností zaměstnanců nacházejících se v nově rekonstruovaných kancelářích. Rekonstrukce osvětlovacích soustav byla ukončena přibližně v měsíci srpnu roku 2003. Stížnosti začaly okamžitě po nastěhování zaměstnanců do těchto kanceláří.
