We analyzed customer after-effect of electrical power supply interruptions in this text. There are a lot of damages types during the interruptions of electric power supply. Consumer costs we can express like summation of partial costs, which are specificfor each industry type and of course for each type of company. We analyzed structure of direct and indirect damages in real industrial environment. In first part of customer analysis we must set a types of interruptions of electrical power supply (respect time of interruption or quantity of energy not supply), which are in this industrial company possible.

V tomto článku je provedena rozšířena analýza následků výpadku dodávky elektrické energie. Při výpadku elektrické energie dochází ke škodám. Příspěvek detailně analyzuje škody u odběratele, rozebírá složení škod. Dále jsou obecnými vztahy vyjádřeny celkové náklady na výpadek dodávky elektrické energie a je proveden rozbor pro konkrétní průmyslový podnik. Výsledkem této analýzy je vyjádření funkce škod resp. celkových nákladů při výpadku dodávky elektrické energie.
