The paper deals with calculation method for a failure rate in the areas of the electric power network. The method makes use of the reliability knowledge and solves the chosen area moor complex. The basic condition is to have available data input for analyze. The result of the method is a confrontation of electric power network areas due to reliability parameters and important parameter. This method can be the basic "calculating step" for determination reliability measure limit of electric power networkareas.

Článek se zabývá návrhem možné metodiky výpočtu poruchovosti vybraných oblastí energetické soustavy. Metoda postupu stanovení poruchovosti vybrané části sítě vychází ze základních předpokladů znalostí spolehlivostních ukazatelů zařízení v posuzované oblasti sítě, avšak hodnotí tuto část vybrané sítě komplexně. Výsledným výstupem navržené metody je celkové srovnání spolehlivosti odlišných částí soustavy a zavedení obecně platného měřítka pro stanovení míry poruchovosti (spolehlivosti) posuzovaných oblastí energetické soustavy.
