This paper simply introduces the theoretic elementals of thermo diagnostic, thermocamera functioning and presents possibilities of use. There is a description of thermocamera type E45 in the following part, which was pro-duced by the Flir company. Our department is owner of this product. This article also deals with parameter specifications and used software, which Flir supplies. Examples of measuring are presented in the last chapter. Specious exemplification is measuring on shunt transformers, which is one of examples used in power engineering.

Czech description
V tomto článku josu jednoduše prezentována teoretické základy termodiagnostiky, fuknce termovizní kamery a možnosti použití. Je zde popsána kamera E45 firmy Flir, která je v užívání naší katedry. Dále jsou v článku popsány parametry kamery a software nazpracování, který dodává firma Flir. V poslední kapitole jsou uvedeny příklady naměřených snímků. Zvláštním příkladem je použití na distribuční transformátor.
