Experiments of Thermal Fields of Sensors Supported by Digital Image Processing
Original language description
In this paper, the experiments of the thermal fields load of microelectronic sensor are discussed. The modeled sensor is developed for the oil level gauge and the oil temperature measuring in the motor car oil pan case. The body of the sensor is spuriously heated by oil and by electronic self-heating. Sensor mathematical models are identical to the physical model which is measured. Mathematical model load is constructed by the ANSYS graphical generator. At the physical model, the sensorpsilas surface temperature is measured by an infrared camera in time to stabilize the state of the system load. There is described the methodology of data pre-processing by the mathematical program MATLAB from IR camera measuring. Also there is a digital image processingdescription used for the mathematical model and the physical model parameters used for comparing and accuracy. Differences between analytical and experimental results are analyzed by the correlation mathematical method.
