Our project deal with the system development of personal sources in area of home care agencies. System consists of the three main parts ? PC application, mobile application and database server. All these parts are built on Microsoft .NET solution namelyon performances .NET Framework 3.5 and MS SQL server 2008, .NET Compact Framework 3.5 and MS SQL server 3.5 Compact Edition. System works offline, whereas synchronization mobile arrangement with data in database is made only in agency by the help of technology USB, Bluetooth or WiFi. However the system has also the possibility to work in the online mode, allows the interviewing on database by the use of the web services. Software layer synchronization administration data is based on technologies ADO .NET and Linq. System will further develop and will base for advancement biomedical science research framework.
