This article deal with earth fault in isolated neutral system IT/500V and unfavorable effects of the earth fault for supply mains and electrical appliances . In the first part there is theoretical analysis earth fault and intermittent earth fault in isolated neutral system IT . In second parts practical measuring of isolated neutral system/500V is described , which feeds part manufacturing plant. In third parts there is summary and final estimation.
