    Permanent magnet synchronous motors are increasingly used in areas where previously only used other types of electrical machines. This also applies to use, particularly in wind power plants on the order to tens of kW. The great advantage of synchronous machines is the possibility of import or supply reactive power control from or to the electrical power network. This theory can not clearly be used on permanent magnet synchronous machines. Some of the possible ways to use this machines and their controlwill be presented in this paper.
