Original language description
Uninterruptible power supplies (UPS) are used to smooth operation of relevant devices, which are dependent on electrical power supply. No provider of electricity can guarantee a continuous supply of electrical energy without voltage fluctuations. So manydevices, especially computers, are quite sensitive to fluctuations and noise on the supply voltage and therefore rely on the UPS that will compensate these undesired effects. The paper describes automated test system for testing UPS.
