Graphical Development System Design for Creating the FPGA-based Applications in Biomedicine
Original language description
Actual specifications of digital design in biomedical applications require the new approach, in which pre-defined parametrizable functional blocks with relationship are used as graphical development system components. The application implementing tools, which enable the problem evaluation and verification in graphic notation, exist as program-oriented frameworks. In this project an open program system for digital design applications, suited to Programmable logic devices and Application Specific Integrated Circuits is presented. Fundamental implementation idea is based on usage of Black Box Component Builder Framework ( BBCB ) as the basis for extension of common kernel. The project tool exploits the flexibility of the VHDL language and the lucidity ofthe schematic design.
