Original language description
The aim of this work was to design methods for extracting image data to measure the intracranial fluid, which may also be used in medical practice for better diagnosis and monitoring before and after surgery of patients with hydrocephalus. Input data records are CT and MRI equipment. To solve this problem was designed and implemented software that uses semi-automatic choice made by a doctor extracted from the image data you need. Software was implemented in Matlab 2008b using Image Processing Toolbox. Input data format JPEG images were obtained by transferring data from DICOM format.
