Ubiquitous Computing (UbiCom) is idea which describe an information and communication technology systems which enable information and their tasks to support intelligent human computer interface, which is everywhere to use and also the technology background is invisible to user. Paper deal with a using of UbiCom principles to develop a mobile user adaptive system framework based on Predictive Data Push Technology (PDPT) Framework and Biotelemetrical Monitoring System (BMS) as two joined parts of complexUser Adaptive System (UAS) framework. Main focus is in contribution of UAS to user or patient and his life quality.
