Original language description
This paper presents a design of the 6 pole axial air gap induction motor with the output power 1.5kW for electric vehicles. The design is based on the conversion of radial gap induction motor design to the axial conception, using the method of constant cubature of the magnetic circuit. The comparison between the designed and manufactured machine of same output power and electromagnetic simulation are presented in the conclusion part of this paper.
