    Long-Term Heart Rate Variability Assessment

    Heart rate variability is good diagnostics method not only in cardiology investigation. This kind of investigation is made in long term ECG analysis of Holter's type of examination. This work deals about long the processing and evaluation qualitative changes heart rate. Two detection methods for different kind of obstruct signal were designed and implemented in standalone application. The application was designed and realized detection significant parts of one lead ECG record. Evaluation and testing were done on signals from clinical Physionet database records. Results of evaluation are displayed as numerical values of detected R-R peaks and also visualized by several inspectional charts. The real application test was done on record from children hospital clinic. The tests records represents causes complex sudden death near newborns with successfully prediction indication.
