This paper contains the procedure for creating and setting the simulation model of induction motor in Matlab Simulink using library SimPowerSystems(-1TM). In this program simulations are performed for starting induction motor in No-Load state. The same motor starting is measured using measuring sets and oscilloscope. Simulated waveforms are compared with measurement.
