Complaints supplied electricity is a common problem dis-tributors of electricity. Distribution companies must deal with these complaints and remove the causes of poor power quality. To reduce the number of complaints is necessary to monitor electrical power distribution companies because they must find the cause, evaluate and then make correc-tions. In the Czech Republic carried out the evaluation of quality parameters of electricity based on European standards EN50160.
