Original language description
The paper deals with the possibilities of selection of new lighting systems of public lighting. The renovation of public lighting (some old lighting systems in the Czech Republic is greater than 40 years) should be considered in addition to normative demands of road lighting, and other aspects relating to the economy of operation, appropriate selection of light sources and luminaires, but also the environmental impacts (eg . radiation into the upper hemisphere) and the influence of the lighting system on the overall appearance of the selected locality. To simplify the assessment of each variant was used multicriterial analysis. The analysis was applied as a two-level system in which first the overall priorities for the lighting system expresses representatives of owners of public lighting, ie. the representatives towns and villages, and then to the second level were evaluated technical requirements. Priority of technical requirements determined independent experts. The proposed system
