A new method of defining objects of interest and 3D visualization in FOTOM-NG system
Original language description
In this paper we introduce newly implemented modules on the NetBeans platform, which are part of the FOTOM-NG system and brings a whole new functionality. Module for 3D visualization has a large set of features for manipulating and analyzing with a model. In this paper we describe, among other things, methods for defining objects of interest on a measurement images, including a new approach that is Radon transform and mathematical theory for creating a model in 3D space. Furthermore, we described methodusing Radon transform for 3D modeling of structure of extrahigh voltage pylons. The main intention of this paper is to introduce a new module of FOTOM-NG system for visualization of the observed object in 3D.
