Original language description
Different Skyrme functional parametrizations were tested for Ce and Nd isotopes for N > 82. The method employed in the study is the axial Skyrme-Hartree-Fock model+BCS. For selected parametrizations, ground-state deformations beta(2), beta(3) and beta(4) have been found and the evolution of single-neutron and single-proton states around the Fermi level along the chain of Ce and Nd isotopes has been investigated. These results were then compared to the existing experimental data.
