Measurement System Development for Geotechnical Monitoring
Original language description
The paper deals with the design of measuring systems for monitoring geotechnical quantities. There are presented design and implementation of measuring systems for measurement of retaining steel networks and barrier states and also for slope shift measurement by using a load anchor cell. For transferring data from accelerometers to a superior system, IQRF technology is used to communicate between wireless nodes and network coordinator in the MESH topology. An integral part of the article is a description of two measurement systems. The first one is for monitoring the state of retaining steel networks, the second one is for monitoring the slope shift of the gabion walls.
