Original language description
This article deals with specific situations where lighting system meets standards, but there is a problem to see an object or whole scene visibility is low. We define specific problems that lead to these unsuitable optical conditions for the camera system. We meet environmental standards like energy efficiency and obtrusive light. This article gives some advices how to improve the design project. Several measurements have been made in no rain, snow or foggy conditions. Model with snow on surface is made, to find out if we need to measure it with snow on ground or not. Individual camera parameters have been analysed. Illuminance and luminance behaviour analysis was made.
