Analysis of enzyme attachment onto electrode for glycemic measurement
Original language description
In this paper, we investigate enzymes and the methods of its immobilization. The paper brings the analysis of the enzymes, which are specific for glucose. Based on these enzymes, we are capable of determining a level of the sugar in blood. We introduce a measuring device, which is composed from the measuring circuit and electrode system with grooves, where a better enzyme immobilization was supposed from the view of electrode area for immobilization. The main goal of the work is the evaluation and verification of the enzyme immobilization based on the proposed electrode system. Based on the experimental measurement and consequent data analysis, we verified the immobilization efficiency. (C) 2020 IEEE
