  • Original language description

This paper presents the issue of the concept of a neurorehabilitation portal developed by the University of Ostrava and its partners. The Basic objective of the portal is to provide support for rehabilitation of patients after brain trauma in the acute and subacute phase of treatment as well as to create a training environment of cognitive brain functions. The concept takes grounds in rehabilitation based on the CHC model. This rehabilitation is divided into individual CHC model areas.
