Original language description
This article deals with the use of public light for communication and illuminance in laboratory environments as a simulation of VLC technology. We used SDR for the generation of data transmission at 1MHz using visible light and tests of the selected modulation formats (NRZ, RZ, PPM, MANCHESTER, QAM and PSK) and their abilities to transmit data under different atmospheric (fog, rainy, turbulent/windy conditions) in the acrylate box. For evaluating communications, the parameter was chosen as MER, and for lighting technical parameter was chosen to measure spectral characteristics.
