The paper is devoted to the problems of more effective utilisation of mined coal in underground mines. The project is based on a research of a mining process and proposal of such a control system which would enable either a selective mining or the best possible homogenisation of extracted coal resulting in the most effective utilisation of the product by the coal mining company.
