    Dross and dross slurries are one of many types of metallic wastes originated in metallurgical industry. The high content of petroleum compounds is prejudicial to their back utilisation for iron production. The possibilities for their other utilisation indifferent areas are looking for. One of the possibilities is their utilisation as Fe correction for cement production. This material was tested how is suitable for cement production, other part of paper presents its comparison with sludge originated during steel production in oxygen converter.
