Original language description
Underground mines and industry works are the principal producers of ground water pollution. Due to the Czech Water Protection Act, mines and other works monitor their water systems carefully. Computerized (PC-based) part of the water management system running for OKD, a.s. (Ostrava - Karviná Mines, joint-stock company), Českomoravké doly, a.s. (Czech - Moravian Mines, joint-stock company) and some other works in Northern Moravia, reflects the mathematical graph theory and model the theory of nets in therelational database environment. Linking two or more relational databases enables effective modeling of virtual data structures. On the other side, present querying systems (SQL, xBase) are tools for net model processing or pre-processing to temporary structure forms. The net model and mathematical algorithms can be used to simulate some other hydrogeological streams in part of water volumes.
