Modelling of the flow of mine gas in area with closed mining activity
Original language description
The project workers have attempted to clarify factors, which influence of output of areas into the atmosphere, and to find a solution, which would help to protect inhabitants. Mathematical models were created of fictive and existing areas. A series of calculations were carried out and a number of mathematical models were created. The possibility of determining the resistance of mining work in a specific locality was opened. Hrusov mine, with which the experiments were consequently carried out, led to the acquisition of interesting conclusions of which we would like to acquaint the reader of this article with. The correctness of models and mostly then results of experiments were verified in comparison with the results obtained by measuring in suction tests in areas of interest. A thorough analysis of measured results were worked out and led to a confrontation between theoretical assumptions and practical results. The model could help in determining suitable places for placing boreholes
