The work deals with comparison of bacterial leaching on the samples of black and brown coal from Mine Dukla and Mine Libik. From the results of bacterial leaching with pure culture of Thiobacillus ferrooxidans followed that brown coal is better leached,where degree of desulphurization reached 90 %.
