Original language description
In the paper the theory of the fluctuations and noises are being applied to the estimation and interpretation of the roughness measurement spectra of the surface profiles. The registration of the surface roughness has been done using the original opticalmeasuring method using the laser light reflected on the surface prepared by abrasive water jet blasting. The surface roughness profiles have been carried out through the scanning the surface through the laser beam reflected on the different places of the surface. The smoothing and Fourier analysis of the profile spectrum are giving the possibilities of the separation the noise effect of the stochastic processes from the fluctuations and regular ones.
