Original language description

Calcareous deposits of the Manín Unit are significant especially by richness of ammonites. Valanginian to Barremian ammonite zones were determined. Microffosiils, non-calcareous and calcareous dinoflagellates, calpionellids, calcareous nannoplankton andsequence stratigraphy were analysed in the same places to provide a correlation of their ranges with ammonite zones.

Karbonátové uloženiny manínské jednotky se vyznačují bohatým výskytem amonitů. Zjištěny byly amonitové zóny valanginu - barremu. Ve stejných úsecích byly studovány mikrofosílie, nevápnitá a vápnitá dinoflageláta, kalpionely, vápnitý nanoplankton a sedimentární sekvence za účelem jejich korelace s příslušnými amonitovými zónami.
