The paper is focused on two problems: optimal effective assesment possibility of mined coal, through the methods of selective mining and homogenization by the help of computer models created in simulation program SIMDUL, and another problems of coal minetransport logistics - supplying mine working places with roadway supports, mine equipment etc. There were developed simulation programs at our department, called ASMAT and SIMULACE that can be good tools for operative control.
