Original language description
The paper deals with coal slurries as waste from black coal mining extracted from the settling pit Carbol. The settling pit belonged to Dukla Mine. The mine extrcted black coal is predominantly suitable for power generation purposes in the Karviná section of the Ostrava-Karviná District. Within the technological analysis, granulometric analysis, X-ray diffraction analysis, petrography detrmination and, fnally, flotation tests were carried out with the slurry samples.
