The monograph deals with the issue of the emergence of new commercial real estate versus the regeneration of old and unused real estate properties. The aim of the work is to prove that the solution to the issue of brownfields, in a way that is currentlybeing implemented by the state, poses a huge risk to the future generations. In the near future, the state will have to deal not only with the liquidation of today's BFs, but also BFs that will emerge.
