The aim of thesis was to implement the florist and vegetation research carried out in "Polanecké rybníky" area belonging to Protected Landscape Area "Poodří". My thesis documents to the result of a field survey focused on pond vegetation. I proceeded according to the Methology of data collection for bio-monitoring in protected areas [1]. Abundance of species was determined using the combined scale of abundance and dominance by Braun-Blanquet, species present on the surface. Also I gained data, transferred and evaluated in the program Turboveg. In the program Turboveg was drawn up the Analysis of Constancy Columns in Synoptic Table for individual ponds. Further the thesis focuses on the occurrence of specially protected plant species found in these habitats and their potential threats. The results of a field survey in 2013 are compared with the results obtained in 2011.
